  • How do I place an order?

    Your orders can be placed quickly and easily via our website. Just add the products you want to your cart and go to the checkout.

    How do I pay for my Ogochu order?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe.

    Where is my order confirmation?

    Immediately upon placing an order, you should receive an email confirmation.

    If, for whatever reason, you havenโ€™t received an email confirmation, check your spam folder and add info@ogochu.se to your safe sender list. If you still canโ€™t find it, please donโ€™t hesitate to reach out to us at support@ogochu.se

    Can I cancel an order?

    Your orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs after order confirmation. Just email support@ogochu.se and the order will be cancelled and payment refunded.

  • Which countries does Ogochu ship to?

    We ship worldwide from Sweden.

    How much does Ogochu charge for shipping?

    Shipping is completely free on each order. However, if you want to use a shipping method that we do not offer, additional charges will be incurred.

    How long do I have to wait for my products?

    Most orders are shipped from us within 1-2 business days of purchase.

    Delivery time may vary depending on destination and we do our best to get your order to you quickly as humanly possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as shipping service interruptions.

    Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

    Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. Ogochu is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders.

    Can I get express delivery?

    Right now, we do not offer express delivery for international shipping. However, you can get in touch with us for special requests and we will do our best to help.

    Can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a PostNord tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves us, the tracking links may not update immediately but the package is still on its way.

  • What is Ogochu's refund policy?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Ogochu. Once you have received your item, please inspect it to make sure it was delivered in perfect condition. We will, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Just contact support with pictures for inspection.

    However, if a product arrives in perfect condition, then a refund is NOT possible.

    What is Ogochu's return policy?

    Due to the customized nature of each item, we do not currently accept returns.
